The second metal album on this list, it's a short one at only 8 songs but goddamn they made it some of the best 8 songs ever, each song has a combo of having memorable riffs and solos so they don't all blend together, particularly with Wake Up Dead, Good Mourning / Black Friday, and Devil's Island. Special mention to I Ain't Superstitious for having one of my favorite guitar lines in basically any song, it's like the song is one long solo and I absolutely love it, so good I didn't even know it was a cover initially. Of course I have to mention the bass in this album, if I were ranking these albums based off basslines, this would be number one hands down, Bad Omen and Peace Sells especially having some of my favorite basslines and bass riffs in any song I've listened to. My Last Words fits so perfectly as the final song, with both the guitar solo and fast strumming being perfect ways to send the album off, accompanied by the vocals at the same time. In fact my biggest complaint with the album is that it's a bit TOO short, having one more song or something would've elevated it to the next level, but hey, if they're gonna only have it be 8 songs long it better be some of absolute greatest 8 songs.
Also the whole album is Rock Band DLC too, so that's an added bonus.
